How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We started our business as Bankruptcy Attorneys from the first day in business and have focused primarily on bankruptcy law ever since.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We offer individualized attention to our clients. Everyone is treated as a person and not a file number. We return all phone calls the same day and as soon as possible. We have had one office in the same location since we began practicing law and we are not going anywhere and we will be here tomorrow unlike other lawyers who have a sattelite office in every town and come and go.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location since we began practicing law. We are here to stay and always available for walk in appointments whenever you need us.

What type of payments do you accept?
We offer very flexible Payment Plans and we accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, money orders.
Which areas do you service?
Fall River, Taunton, New Bedford, all of South Eastern Massachusetts, Bristol County, Plymouth County, Norfolk County, and pretty much all of Massachusetts.

Robert Simonian and Anthony Bucacci
What are your hours of operation?
8:30 AM to 6:30 PM Monday through Friday. We can schedule other hours for emergency cases and to accomodate clients. We are available by phone 24 hours.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
We are not judgmental, very easy to work with and clients continue to refer their family and friends to us.
