The challenge of providing good people with good companies and stimulating the local economy is what interested me.When a customer says "Thank you, that was a terrific experience," or even better, " What do we need to do to hire him/her?" is pretty cool too. This job allows me to help companies with a need, help give workers the tools to be successful and I get paid to make people smile.
